All prices on our website are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as required under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax. RAAYA Fine Jewellery is registered with the UAE Federal Tax Authority under Tax Registration Number (TRN): 105106183400003. A VAT-compliant tax invoice will be provided with every purchase, available in English and Arabic on request.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order and which you confirm at checkout.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual appearance of any piece may vary slightly from the photograph due to natural variations in gemstones, the way images are rendered by different screens, and the hand-finished nature of fine jewellery.
All gemstone weights, metal purities, and descriptions provided are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. Where a piece carries an independent gemmological certificate (GIA, IGI, SSEF, or equivalent), the certificate details prevail over any general description on the website.
We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities of any product. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order. Our acceptance of your order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
All online payments are processed by our payment gateway, Network International licensed by the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates. We do not store your card details on our servers. Payment data is encrypted in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) requirements.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. Bank transfer is available on request for high-value purchases.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Warranty terms for each piece are provided with the piece at the time of sale and are honoured in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Warranty documentation is available in English and Arabic on request.
If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, designs, or other materials, whether online or by other means ('comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use any comments you forward to us. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence, pay compensation for them, or respond to them. You agree that your comments will not violate any rights of any third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights, and will not contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RAAYA Fine Jewellery and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under UAE law, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use our services. We may terminate these Terms at any time, without notice, if in our sole judgement you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination.
These Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RAAYA Fine Jewellery and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, including in particular Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Nothing in this clause limits a consumer's right to bring proceedings before the competent consumer protection authority in the United Arab Emirates, including the Commercial Compliance and Consumer Protection (CCCP) authority at the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check the website periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
