Domestic Order: We provide free shipping within India.

When delivering a shipment, logistics partners may request proof of identification, especially if the recipient is not present and the product has a high value. The delivery agent will require an ID from the person receiving the shipment at the designated address on behalf of the customer to ensure a secure and accurate delivery. An adult signature is required upon delivery. Our insurance coverage for the item ends once the package has been signed for. Raaya Fine Jewellery is not responsible for lost shipments once the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered.

If shipping domestically to a hotel, transit insurance coverage ends once the package has been delivered and signed for by the hotel's reception. Raaya Fine Jewellery is not liable for any lost or misplaced packages once the hotel accepts and signs for them.

Please note that domestic deliveries may take approximately 1-2 weeks. Raaya Fine Jewellery will not be held accountable for any lost or misplaced packages once they have been accepted and signed for.

International Order: For orders shipped outside India, a shipping fee of Rs. 20,000 will be added to the total balance for all international shipments during checkout.

Products will be shipped to the address provided at the time of order. The receiving party is responsible for all import duties, VAT, taxes, tariffs, handling fees, customs charges, brokerage fees, and similar costs due at the time of delivery. We do not collect these fees in advance and cannot estimate costs due to variations from port to port globally. Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as "Gift" or with altered prices. It is the receiver's responsibility to verify all fees with their country's customs office.

Additional transit time may be required for international orders. Please note that international delivery will take approximately 2-4 weeks.

Please be aware that all international orders are considered FINAL SALE and are NON-RETURNABLE. Additionally, easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally.

While international shipments typically proceed smoothly, if there is an issue with your order, we will make every effort to quickly find a resolution and keep you updated throughout the process.

Custom Clearance: When exporting Jewellery from India, it is mandatory for all shipments to go through the Indian Customs office. The complete product, along with its documentation, is submitted to the authorized officer of the Indian Customs office for inspection, examination, and assessment before it can be delivered to your shipping address. Therefore, any message on the package that states, "Please do not accept if the package is received in Open/Tampered condition, " should be ignored. Instead, the package will be labeled "Opened for Customs" and sealed for delivery after inspection by the Indian Customs office.

Note: Customer is responsible for any custom duties and taxes levied by the destination country, which must be paid to the logistics partner upon delivery. Please note that all shipments are on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Raaya Fine Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays in package delivery caused by the unavailability of the client to sign for the package upon arrival, technical issues within the shipping carrier, or weather conditions.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

In-stock items will ship within 7-10 business days after purchase. Made-to-order items will ship within 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise specified. A tracking number will be provided to you via email when the order has been sent. Should you require a made-to-order item to be expedited, please contact Customercare.raaya@jhjewellers.com and we will prioritize your order to the fullest extent we are able.

Raaya fine Jewellery is not liable for any delays incurred by our 3rd party shipping providers. Expected dates of delivery are based on estimated shipping provider delivery timelines.
